If you like these flavors, this is a great way to cook a tasty dish realy quick. Make sure you don’t overcook your pork and also make sure the oranges are organic since we will use the zest as well.
1 pork tenderloin in slices (about 2cm thick)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 glass white wine
Some fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 glass orange juice
2 tbsp thyme honey
Orange zest
Salt, black pepper
– Put olive oil in a saucepan and brown pork both sides with the garlic clove
– Add wine and when alcohol evaporates add the orange juice and the rosemary
– When sauce is reduced we add salt, pepper and honey
– Serve with orange zest on top and some rice on the side
