2 big Kalamari
1 glass red wine
Olive oil
2 bay leaf
Black pepper
– Prepare kalamari and put it in a pot
– Let it slowly cook and add bay leaf
– When they are tender enough and most of their water is absorbed, saute with olive oil
– Add wine and cook until you get a thick sauce
– Some black pepper and ready to eat
– Serve with rice and lemon zest
