At ‘Ntounias’, everything is cooked on fire stoves, with ingredients sourced directly from local producers and Stelios’s own farm and garden. This commitment to authenticity offers a rare, farm-to-table experience. You’ll get a hands-on tour of the garden, picking fresh veggies and herbs, and visit Stelios’s farm, home to a local species of cows.
